The Medical Clinic at the CPC operates under the direction and licensure of our Medical Director, Dr. Dustin Ellis. The Medical Clinic is licensed by the State of Indiana with a certificate of PPM (Provider-Performed Microscopy Procedures), and is a full-service STD clinic in partnership with the Indiana Department of Health STD Prevention Program.

All services are provided at the CPC located in downtown Terre Haute near the ISU campus, as well as at our mobile unit which visits Vigo County, Clay County, and surrounding areas (see our mobile unit schedule).

Pregnancy Services
We are able to provide free pregnancy testing. Walk-ins welcome. We are also able to verify pregnancy via “sonography” or ultrasound if medically indicated and scheduled by appointment.
